Match the exact formula, fragrance concentration, volume and contents. Similar boxes may contain different sizes or travel-exclusive sets. Compare equal-volume cost against real UK promotions rather than only a crossed-out recommended price.

Reserve & Collect
On Heathrow Boutique ↗, enter the journey details and terminal requested. Establish availability for your actual departure. Range and ordering windows vary; a general catalogue listing does not confirm collection from every terminal.
Keep confirmation, collection location, opening hours and payment terms. Allow time after security. If departure time or terminal changes, or travel is cancelled, ask how the reservation can be changed rather than assuming automatic transfer.
Liquids and connecting flights
Read Heathrow's current baggage guidance ↗ and the rules at subsequent airports. Checked on 7 October 2026, Heathrow permits liquid containers up to two litres across its four passenger terminals; other airports can apply different limits.
Some destinations impose additional restrictions, including the Australia-flight rule highlighted by Heathrow. Ask whether airside purchases need a sealed security bag with receipt. Such packaging does not override every onward restriction; establish when it can be opened.
Returns and baggage
Check returns for opened and unopened products, especially if you will not revisit that airport. Keep the receipt and the actual shop's contact information. Buying before boarding does not remove the airline's bag-number or weight limits.
For gifts, check seals, usable life and suitability for transport. When savings are small, a convenient local purchase with practical returns may offer better value than a rushed airport transaction.
