Compare complete costs
Establish whether a sushi price is for one piece, a pair or a set. Check roll size and piece count, and what sides a bento includes. A low individual price does not show the final bill for several small dishes.
Add drinks, delivery, packaging and any service charge. For omakase, ask about duration, the compulsory menu, drinks, deposit and cancellation. A fixed tasting is unsuitable if you want one chosen dish and a quick departure.
Allergens and restrictions
