How to book a simultaneous manicure and pedicure in London

One booking does not always mean simultaneous treatment

A manicure and pedicure package may involve consecutive services with one technician. If saving time matters, explicitly request a simultaneous manicure and pedicure or two technicians working at once. Confirm that both professionals are available at the chosen time.

Oblique ↗ describes simultaneous appointments, and SHADI's nail menu ↗ lists combined bookings. Even with this wording, check the precise arrangement: one slot in a booking system does not explain how technicians will divide the work.

Calculate the real appointment length

Describe removal on hands and feet separately, plus repairs, designs and the desired coatings. A service without old product takes a different amount of time from the complete visit. Ask whether the advertised duration covers consultation, removal and completion of both treatments.

Request a realistic departure time. With ordinary polish, allow for drying and suitable footwear; tight shoes immediately after a pedicure may spoil the finish. If you have a train or an event, explain your latest departure time before booking and leave a buffer.

Compare complete prices

Ask for one itemised quote showing both services, removal from each, designs and any premium for two technicians. Establish whether foot care is included or whether the pedicure covers nails only. Identical service names on different menus can describe different treatments.

Check whether there is one deposit or two and how to cancel the whole booking. Decide whether you would accept consecutive services if one technician became unavailable. Ask the salon to contact you before you travel if the original arrangement changes.

Plan for comfort

Explain any mobility requirements, pregnancy-related needs, fragrance sensitivity or difficulty sitting for a long period before booking. Ask about the chair, step-free access and breaks. Salons cannot all provide the same seating arrangements.

Your hands may be occupied, so do not plan calls involving typing or childcare during treatment. Agree on colours and shapes beforehand to reduce interruptions between technicians. At the end, inspect both services and obtain the relevant aftercare and removal advice for each product.
